This page covers how Ostven handles information submitted through this website — not the clinical documentation service itself, which is governed by a separate agreement (including a Business Associate Agreement) once a practice becomes a client.
What we collect
When you submit the pilot request form or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, practice email, practice name, and any optional details about your practice. We also see standard technical information any website receives (like your browser type), through our hosting provider.
What we don't collect here
This website does not collect or store patient health information (PHI). Please don't include patient details in the website contact form.
How we use it
- To respond to your pilot request and answer your questions.
- To follow up about onboarding if you move forward with a pilot.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond responding to your inquiry.
